We all have to agree to a fact that many of us, especially teenagers and young adults experience Suicidal Tendencies often. There are so many factors which put pressure on such souls, be it work, personal, or societal pressure. It is immensely difficult to deal with such emotions, partly because our colleges and schools never teach us how to handle such emotions. Nor, do we find psychotherapy as sane.
Psychotherapy in India, is still a TABOO. We ought to do something to help our society to deal with issues and challenges. We would be lying to ourselves if we believe in eradicating pressure.
