VIDEO: One Moment Meditation

1 Mins read

We all have hectic work schedules. We all end up getting either less sleep or too much of it. Our eating habits are to be desired. We fail to stick to healthy exercising regimes. We fall back on everything healthy, and by the time we are 45 or 50, we start developing health issues.

Wait, this is not a marketing gimmick to scare the bonkers out of you, nor to coerce you to join water aerobics in a tank full of sharks. I know we can’t even make a little time for meditation. I am like you.

However, I am going to introduce you to a quick fix (not the ideal way, but still) to meditate for a quick moment, regardless of where you are. Be it at your desk at work, in the loo, standing in queue, getting your car fixed, standing next to a gutter and waiting for a crowded city bus etc. Just watch this incredibly short video and follow the simple instructions, and see the results for yourself.

DISCLAIMER: WARNING!!! THIS VIDEO WILL NOT TURN YOU INTO A WISE BEING OR TAKE YOU CLOSER TO SALVATION. FOR THAT YOU NEED TO FIND A BANYAN TREE, SIT UNDER IT WEARING NOTHING BUT A HOSPITAL GOWN, AND MEDITATE FOR 11,000 YEARS HUMMING THE WORDS “King Kong” ON YOUR LIPS.
