The exuberance in the morning pushes with a lot of energy to accomplish our day-to-day tasks. We are thrilled, we a eager to work and achieve that little bit everyday.


However, when you take a walk, or when you are in the lavatory, or while you are about to sleep at night, a gush of thoughts, critical thoughts hit us. These are the times we contemplate our purpose in life. Somehow, we become very philosophical, and mostly this leads to dejection. We criticise ourself, our meagre efforts to do something worthwhile in life.
