The Kardashian Sisters, Kim And Kendall Open Up About Anxiety

Reality Star Kim Kardashian West recently opened up about coping up with anxiety and how she was always worried. While her sister Kendall Jenner struggled to deal with sleep paralysis.

Kendall says, “I wake up in the middle of the night and I can’t move. It’s so scary when it happens.”

Anxiety is undermined with a feeling of panic about situations in life and The Kardashians have a lot to keep up at this time.

“I’ve been having anxiety lately. I am not this person. My mind does go crazy,” Kim said.

While the interview was filmed before the famous Paris robbery where she was held at gunpoint. But there has been a lot going on in her mind and she hasn’t been able to cope with constant anxiety. This has often led her to flare up during driving.

“I think about it all the time, it drives me crazy. I just want to get passed my anxiety and live life… I never had anxiety and I want to take back my life,” Kim said.

Her sister Kendall, opened up about sleep paralysis and how she has been scared to talk about it.

“I am done arguing with people because everyone says I am fine but I don’t feel fine.” Kendall said.

The two sisters recently saw a therapist who used  techniques like meditation to manage their symptoms. While for Kim it was her father’s memory  that is helping her cope up with this.

These experiences of the stars help us establish the fact that anxiety can affect anyone. This condition, which affects 50 million Indians, can cause panic and worry which could lead to order physical problems.
