Bangalore Speaks Out on Causes of Stress & Mental Health

Stress has today grown to become a common problem for people around the world. The increasing workload, reducing work-life balance and even studies and exams for students, are a few things that trigger stress in people.

We at YourDOST went on the streets of Bangalore with our Walking Blackboard to ask people what stresses them the most. What we found was that almost all of them were stressed due to something or the other. We also asked them about why they never sought help from a psychologist to cope with stress and their answer will tell  you a lot!
