Mental Health #1 – Laughing At The “Laughing Therapy”

1 Mins read
2 years ago when I came from Guwahati to Hyderabad for my winter holidays, I saw some people in groups laughing aloud in a park alongside Necklace Road. I parked my bike nearby and started observing them, which left me puzzled. What happened to these people? Why are they laughing without any reason?

When I shared it to my friend, he told me that it is laughing therapy. After that I never gave a thought to it, as I was never in such a situation (those were my Engineering days..Obviously it was lot of fun). I realized the importance of laughing therapy, in nurturing our Mental health only after watching this Video from Satyamev Jayate.

Without our knowledge we are obeying the phrase “Survival of the fittest“, which indeed pushes us to a stressful life with mental illness. Isn’t it true?

Its high time for us to take care of our Mental Health. Share this with your loving ones.
